Applegate Farm turkey bologna from the deli counter. Whole Foods keeps separate slicers for cheese and meats, so we feel comfortable getting our cold cuts sliced there. Asking them to wipe down the machine is always an option to decrease the chances of cross-contamination (some deli meats contain dairy and some may contain gluten).
Our mayo of choice. I sometimes think about making mayo. It is super easy and keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days or so. The thing is, we all love mayo and so, as with the bread, I'd be making mayo every other day if we stuck to homemade.
Spread mayo on slice of baloney.
