Our go-to pancake and waffle flour mix comes out of a bag. We've talked about finding a recipe we could mix up at home (like we do for bread and cake), but somehow, this mix is has so entered our culinary muscle memory that I think it may be here to stay despite its hefty price tag (which, to be fair, we haven't exactly done the math on).
(Speaking of price tags, yep, we do love our "the good stuff" maple syrup...)
