Sally is giving away a cool looking/sounding book over at 60in60. I hadn't heard about the book, or its author, but who doesn't love the chance to win something free?
I'm interested in learning more about subbing ingredients in recipes, and, dare I say it?, eventually decreasing my use/consumption of sugar. So, this book is going on my list, either way.
