Thank you to my friends who have made book suggestions. I am a lover of books and confess to feeling a twinge of excitement to have a new reason to buy some books. For, you see, neither suggested title was available through the library. I had a recently rediscovered Amazon birthday gift card burning a hole in my pocket, so ordered the two books and half the price was knocked off. Thank you, Jamie :-)

I am also choosing new recipes for the week while I meal plan and make a food shopping list. Although my body is tired, my mind is energized.
Peace and love.
Hey cool, I follow Cheap Healthy good too ;-) I know it's not your focus at all, but if you come across any blogs about food and low sodium, or specifically, food and heart health, send them my way.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in your journey ;-)
Hi,
ReplyDeleteGreat! I would probably love Thich Nhat Hanh's book, too, but will stand by my One Bowl. Today I turned down a piece of cake at a baby shower because although it looked delicious, it was not 'humming' to me.
I am honored you ordered my suggestion!
I will, Shannon, and thanks for the well wishes.
ReplyDeleteSue, thank you for the suggestion. I really like the idea of "one bowl" and opening up to the vibration of energy that we are all a part of. :-)
